Cliffs of Moher

The Cliffs of Moher – a UNESCO World Heritage Site - a full-day excursion. You travel through the picturesque fishing villages of Doolin and Kinvara, admire the castle of Dunguaire, visit the limestone landscape, once below sea level, of the Burren and a remarkable Neolithic monument, the magnificent Poulnabrone dolmen, a megalithic tomb which dates back to 3800 BC. And finally, the magnificent Cliffs of Moher, 214 meters high and about 8 km long, offering a unique experience.

Connemara

Connemara - An area as wild as it is fascinating, rich in tradition and Irish culture. Winding along the roads and paths of Connemara, you are immersed in a unique and particular slice of nature, a myriad of lakes and streams and round-topped mountains - among them, Croagh Patrick, famous for its Catholic pilgrimage - that is the legacy of a past of glacial origin. Amongst all, the only Irish fjord Killary Harbour stands out. The wonderful Atlantic Ocean crashes onto the rugged Irish coast, full of beautiful views and beaches such as Dog's Bay. But also, there are the quaint fishing villages, peat bogs, Connemara National Park and the beautiful Kylemore Abbey.

The Aran islands

Aran Islands - Inishmore, Inishmaan and Inisheer are the three Aran islands, the place where Gaelic culture has been most strongly preserved, passed from generation to generation right up to the present day. These islands are beautiful for walking, cycling or horse-drawn carriage rides - vehicular traffic is practically non-existent. The ruins of ancient civilization from of 3000 years ago, such as the famous Dun Aonghasa sitting upon a sheer cliff, cannot be missed. In addition, the Aran islands are famous for the production of sheep's wool sweaters which are sold all over Ireland.
