We concentrate on students from abroad!
Students (of any age) can have a life changing experience abroad with the Study and Travel programme. They can attend classes at one of our authorised colleges, work full- or part-time with one of our partners to "explore" the working world, or combine study and work for a fully immersive experience.
Traveling abroad offers the ideal mix between learning and having fun, and it is without a doubt the fastest way to learn a foreign language.
The study and travel programme is also intended for teachers who want to improve their language skills and for families who wish to combine the pleasure of travelling with their children and educational experiences during a holiday.
'Our family had the pleasure of hosting several international students over the summer of 2024. The
experience was enriching and rewarding for all of us. Our guests were polite, and respectful, and quickly became a part of our family. They were eager to learn about our culture and customs, and we enjoyed sharing our traditions with them. We often had lively conversations over meals, discussing everything from current events to personal interests. It was a wonderful experience for our young children to meet students from a different country. They loved playing board games with them and in the evenings they would have great fun playing games outside.
They even picked up some Italian.
We were impressed by how easily the students integrated into our family and we would highly
recommend it to other families who are considering opening their homes to students from Quick
Galway. It’s a fantastic way to broaden horizons, learn about different cultures, and create lasting
friendships.
